Before you message us
Do you perform the procedures yourselves?
No — we're a coordination service. Your treatment is carried out by our licensed partner hospitals and clinics in Istanbul and Antalya; we handle matching, treatment planning, hotel and transfer arrangements, and aftercare follow-up around it.
Do you book my flights?
No — you book and pay for your own flights directly with the airline, timed around your treatment plan. We arrange the partner hotel and airport transfers on the ground in Turkey, not the flights themselves.
Is it actually safe to get treatment in Turkey?
Turkey treats a very large number of international patients every year across accredited hospitals. Safety depends heavily on which clinic and surgeon you use — which is the main reason to go through a coordinator who vets partners rather than booking the cheapest listing you find.
What's actually included in a quoted price?
Your written quote spells out exactly what's covered — typically the procedure, airport transfers, and hotel nights for a standard recovery window. Flights are booked separately by you and are never part of our quote.
How long do I need to stay in Turkey?
It depends on treatment: most dental work fits in 3–7 days, hair transplant in 2–3 days, and surgical procedures typically 7–14 days depending on the operation and your surgeon's recovery guidance.
What happens if something feels wrong after I'm home?
Your coordinator stays your point of contact after you fly home. Follow-up protocol with your treating clinic — who to contact, what's covered, for how long — gets confirmed in writing as part of your original quote, before you ever book.
Which languages do you support?
English throughout, with clinic-side interpreters available for German, Russian, and Arabic on request — tell us what you need when you first reach out.
Can you check a quote I already got somewhere else?
Yes. Send it over and you'll get an honest read — whether it looks complete, whether the price lines up with what's actually included, and what to ask before you book. No cost, and no pressure to switch if it checks out.
